By accessing or using Leadupio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

If you use Leadupio on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Leadupio provides a browser-local prospect workspace and Chrome extension that help professionals import selected LinkedIn prospects, organize named lists, prepare connection requests and messages, use templates and AI-assisted writing, run paced campaign steps, enrich eligible contacts, connect Brevo, and export their working data.

Some actions depend on LinkedIn page availability, your LinkedIn relationship with a contact, your configured campaign, an active Leadupio account, or a connected third-party service. Features may change as we improve the service. We may add, modify, or discontinue features, provided that we continue to communicate any material changes where required.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Leadupio. You are responsible for having a compatible browser, an internet connection, and any LinkedIn or other third-party account needed for the features you choose to use. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Leadupio is permitted for your account and region.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your device or account and for keeping access credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been misused.

You agree to use Leadupio lawfully, responsibly, and in a way that respects other people. You must not:

• Use the service to violate a law, regulation, contract, or another person’s rights.
• Send deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful outreach.
• Upload malware or attempt to interfere with the service, its security, or another user’s access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, or build a competing service from Leadupio except where applicable law permits it.
• Use automation in a way that violates the rules or terms of a platform you access through Leadupio, or attempt to bypass platform limits, cooldowns, duplicate checks, or rate-limit pauses.

Leadupio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn. You are responsible for reviewing and following LinkedIn’s terms, policies, and limits.

You choose the profiles, lists, messages, comments, connection notes, campaign steps, and integrations used in your workspace. You must have a lawful basis and any required permission to contact people, and you remain responsible for the messages, comments, connection requests, and other actions you send.

You keep ownership of the prompts, notes, templates, contact context, and other content you provide or import. You give Leadupio the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the features you request.

AI-assisted output is generated to help you work. Review it before using it. You are responsible for its accuracy, tone, originality, legality, and suitability for the intended recipient. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless you are authorized to do so and the relevant feature is designed to handle it.

The website currently presents one Professional plan at $5 per month after the available trial. The extension is the starting point for access, and the applicable checkout provider presents the current billing timing, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any plan limits before you pay.

Any pricing, plan limits, billing timing, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options shown at the point of purchase form part of the applicable commercial terms. If we introduce paid features, we will present the relevant price and conditions before charging you.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge valid fees and agree to keep billing information accurate. We may suspend paid access for overdue or reversed payments after giving any notice required by law.

Leadupio and its software, interface, branding, design, documentation, and underlying technology belong to Leadupio or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment so we can improve Leadupio. We will not treat your private content as public feedback.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how the extension handles LinkedIn data, and how you can request deletion.

Leadupio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every browser, LinkedIn page, workflow, or third-party service.

Leadupio does not guarantee a particular number of connections, replies, leads, hires, sales outcomes, or other business results. You are responsible for decisions made using the service and for reviewing all generated or imported information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadupio and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 if you have not paid us, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.

You may stop using Leadupio at any time and uninstall the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk for others or the service, or if we are required to do so by law.

When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms, will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide a clearer notice where appropriate. Continuing to use Leadupio after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
