We collect information needed to provide the extension and the features you choose to use.

Information you provide or import

• LinkedIn profile information that you explicitly choose to import from People Search, Sales Navigator, or a supported feed flow, such as a person’s name, profile URL, headline, company, relationship degree, and other public profile details.
• Named lists, message templates, notes, campaign steps, pacing settings, action history, statuses, and other workspace information you create.
• Contact signals that LinkedIn or a business source exposes during an enrichment action, including email or website information with its source label where available.
• Custom prompts, instructions, comments, and message content you enter for AI-assisted features.
• Your email address, account details, subscription state, or support messages when a feature requires an account, payment, or contact with us.

Information collected automatically

• Extension settings, execution state, retry state, and other information needed to resume a workflow safely.
• Permission and request context needed to operate a user-initiated LinkedIn tab or a configured campaign.
• Error logs and diagnostic details used to troubleshoot reliability and performance.

We use information to:

• Provide core features such as profile importing, list management, connection requests, messages, campaigns, and AI-assisted comments.
• Keep the contact, list, template, campaign, history, pacing, and status context needed for the workflow you configure.
• Run optional enrichment and Brevo sync actions that you explicitly enable.
• Improve extension performance, usability, and reliability, and provide support for technical issues.
• Meet applicable platform, security, payment, and Chrome Web Store requirements.

Most working data, including contacts, lists, templates, campaigns, execution state, and history, is stored in Chrome’s local storage on your device. Leadupio uses its backend for account access, AI requests, and optional integration operations such as Brevo. Those requests use only the information needed for the action you choose.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your device, browser, and accounts protected and contact us promptly if you believe your data has been accessed improperly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.

Browser-local workspace data remains in Chrome storage until you delete it, replace it through the extension’s import tools, or uninstall the extension. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.

Backend records, support messages, account information, payment records, and integration requests are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, or complete the action you requested.

Leadupio interacts with LinkedIn pages only when you explicitly initiate an action. We:

• Do not collect private LinkedIn messages.
• Do not bypass LinkedIn security or authentication.
• Do not start a campaign workflow without your configuration and consent.
• Do not store LinkedIn passwords or session cookies.

Selected profile and post context is used only to provide the user-requested import, outreach, comment, enrichment, or reporting functionality. Leadupio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

When needed to operate Leadupio, we may use providers for:

• Authentication, account access, and service operations.
• AI content generation requested by you.
• Brevo contact sync when you connect a Brevo account and configure a campaign step.
• Payment and subscription checkout when you choose a paid plan.
• Error tracking and technical diagnostics where enabled.

Providers receive only the minimum information needed for their service and are expected to handle it under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.

When you request an AI comment or personalized campaign message, Leadupio may send the relevant prompt and selected profile or post context to its configured AI service. The result is returned to the extension so you can review, edit, copy, or insert it.

When you connect Brevo, Leadupio uses the API key and field mappings you provide to verify the connection, load lists, and upload contacts you select. Disconnecting Brevo removes the saved connection and mappings from the extension’s integration settings, subject to records already processed by Brevo.

Leadupio requests permissions only where they support its core features:

• LinkedIn access: read and operate supported LinkedIn pages for imports, comments, messages, connection requests, and enrichment actions you initiate or configure.
• Storage: keep contacts, lists, templates, campaigns, execution state, history, settings, and preferences in Chrome storage.
• Tabs and scripting: open and control the LinkedIn tab needed to complete a selected workflow.
• Alarms: check configured campaign steps and waits while a campaign is active.
• Clipboard: support copy actions such as copying generated comments or messages.
• Leadupio backend access: authenticate and request AI or integration operations from the Leadupio service.

We do not use these permissions to collect unrelated browsing history or build advertising profiles.

You can manage your information by:

• Deleting contacts, lists, templates, campaigns, execution state, history, and other workspace data from the extension.
• Exporting a portable copy before deleting or replacing local data.
• Uninstalling the extension to remove its locally stored data from that browser.
• Contacting us to request access, correction, or deletion of information held by Leadupio.

Some limited support or security records may be retained when required to resolve an issue, prevent abuse, or meet a legal obligation.

Leadupio is not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Leadupio changes or as legal requirements develop. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide an additional notice.
